StatMonje is a digital marketplace platform connecting content creators ("Creators") with business entities and brands ("Brands") for marketing collaborations and campaigns. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Compliance & Governing Frameworks

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This includes:

• Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023 (India) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (European Union) for users accessing the platform from the EU/EEA.
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for residents of California, United States.

3. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering, creating a profile, submitting campaign pitches, or interacting with other users.

A. Creator Accounts

To create a Creator profile, we may collect:

• Contact details (Name, email address, phone number).
• Social media profiles (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and public channel handle statistics (follower counts, engagement rates, and content category).
• Profile details (biography, country, city, selected niches, and display pictures).
• Pitch details submitted to brand campaigns (proposals, price bids, and deliverable agreements).

B. Brand Accounts

To create a Brand profile, we may collect:

• Company name, business website, and registered corporate address.
• Primary representative name, professional email address, and contact number.
• Campaign specifications (briefs, deliverables, target niches, budget ranges, and selection criteria).

C. Technical & Usage Information

We automatically collect details regarding your interaction with the platform, including IP addresses, browser types, device information, operating system, pages visited, and timestamps.

D. Google/YouTube Account Data

When a Creator connects their YouTube channel, we access (via Google's official OAuth API, with explicit user consent) the following read-only data: channel name, subscriber count, video count, total views, and channel profile picture. We use the youtube.readonlyscope only. We do not access, modify, or delete any YouTube content, comments, or upload videos on the user's behalf. This data is used solely to display verified channel statistics to Brands for collaboration matching purposes.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How We Use Your Data

StatMonje utilizes the collected information for the following business purposes:

• Facilitating Collaborations: Showing Brand campaigns to relevant Creators and displaying shortlisted Creator statistics and pitches to the respective Brands.
• Algorithmic Recommendations: Recommending campaigns to Creators based on their selected niches and matching scores.
• Communication: Enabling communication between Brands and Creators (such as displaying brand communication channels once a Creator is shortlisted).
• Platform Operations: Providing user authentication, processing security audits, updating software, and debugging application code.
• Transactional Updates: Sending critical notifications, application updates, and security alerts via email or platform messaging systems.

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Sub-processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only to facilitate platform matching and run operations using verified sub-processors:

• Supabase: For relational database hosting, media storage, and user authentication.
• Vercel: For global frontend application hosting and serverless functions.
• Resend: For transactional email and notification delivery.
• Platform Users: Relevant portions of Creator metrics and profiles are shared with Brands whose campaigns the Creator applies to.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or statutory reporting requirements).

When you request account deletion, we immediately restrict access to your account and purge active profile metrics and applications from our databases within 30 days, except where backup structures require systematic rotation cycles.

Under modern privacy regimes (GDPR, CCPA, DPDPA), you possess specific rights:

• Right to Access: You can request a summary or copy of the personal data we store about you.
• Right to Correction: You can modify or update inaccurate data directly via your account settings.
• Right to Deletion: You can request that we delete all personal data associated with your profile (please refer to our Data Deletion Policy).
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
