Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview

At StatMonje, we respect your right to control your personal data. In compliance with general data protection regulations (such as GDPR and DPDPA) and partner platform policies (including Meta/Instagram Developer Guidelines and the Google API Services User Data Policy), this document provides clear instructions on how you can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal information from our databases.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Integration Compliance

If you logged into StatMonje or synchronized your social media metrics utilizing a Meta Platform API connection (e.g. Facebook Login or Instagram Graph API), you can request the deletion of your activity data by following our step-by-step manual or revoking access directly via Meta settings.

Google/YouTube Integration Compliance

If you connected a YouTube channel to StatMonje, you can request deletion of all stored YouTube channel data by following the methods below or revoke StatMonje's access directly through your Google Account permissions. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

We provide two simple methods to permanently delete your data:

Method A: Profile Self-Deletion (Instant Request)

If you still have access to your StatMonje account:

Log into your account at statmonje.in/auth/login.
Navigate to your dashboard page.
Click on the Account Settings or Profile Settings tab.
Scroll down to the bottom section.
Click on the Delete Account button.
Confirm your password and submit the deletion request.

Method B: Manual Email Request (Grievance Officer)

If you cannot access your account or wish to verify the deletion directly with our data protection team:

Send an email to support@statmonje.com from the email address registered with your StatMonje account.
Use the subject line: "Request for Account and Data Deletion".
Specify your account details (Registered name, username/social media handles, and role: Brand or Creator).
Our support team will verify your identity and confirm receipt within 48 hours.

3. Revoking Access on Facebook / Instagram (Meta Settings)

If you authenticated via Facebook or Instagram, you can unlink StatMonje entirely from your Meta profile:

Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Navigate to Apps and Websites in the left sidebar menu.
Find StatMonje in the list of active apps.
Click the Remove button.
(Optional) You can check the box to request that Meta deletes all past activity history sent to StatMonje.

4. What Data Is Purged?

Upon processing a deletion request, the following information is permanently and irreversibly removed from our production databases:

Your name, email address, contact numbers, and passwords.
All linked social media profile metrics, handles, and follower counts.
Your campaign pitches, applications, proposals, and pricing benchmarks.
All profile avatars, cover images, and bio descriptions.

5. Data Retention Exceptions

We do not retain personal information unless required by law. Please note the following statutory exceptions:

Financial / Audit Records: Invoice data, transaction IDs, tax reporting logs, and payment histories cannot be deleted and will be retained as required under Indian income tax laws and financial compliance rules.
System Security Logs: Basic server access logs containing anonymized IP data may persist in backup archives for security audits, which are automatically rotated and deleted after 90 days.

6. Processing Timeframe

Account deletion requests submitted directly via the Dashboard are initiated immediately. Database deletion processes, metadata removal, and storage assets purging are fully executed within 30 business days. Once the process is complete, you will receive a final confirmation email.
